Super girls

Usually when we walk to school, Pete walks and talks with one girl and I walk and talk with the other. When the weather is nice, however, the girls tend to walk together and play some sort of game on the way. Sometimes they're superheros and sometimes they're ... wait, hold that thought ... no, they're almost always superheros. It's just a matter of what kind of superheroes. It's never the ones you see in comic books or movies. They might be superheroes who live and work in the rainforest. Or superheroes who rescue baby animals. Or both. Or, what if they were BABY superheroes? Yeah, that would be so cool.

Anyway, there tend to be a lot of MOVES when the girls are superheroes. Fancy kicks and leaps and death defying stunts (not really). Elegant in particular gets reallyreallyreally into the scenario, which leads to a lot of typically Elegant moves. Remember, this is the child who incorporates her trampoline workouts into her daily art.

Here is a quick 11 second example of what I'm talking about:

Did you see all that jiggling and jumping? Yeah, that's my girl.

If I had that kind of energy...although I've been known to do those moves after dropping Team Testosterone off and having a couple of free hours to enjoy...

It sounds like spring, with the birds chirping in the background.

I love how those ponytails are flopping around. They have a life of their own.
